Giving a voice to the excluded<\/h3>\n

Leaders have fought for the inclusion of minority groups in the processes of decision making, making sure that they were politically integrated in the Constitution, aptly represented by a constituency in parliament and that they were safe from discriminatory treatment.<\/p>\n
