CODE OF ETHICS
The Code of Ethics establishes the principles that must govern the behaviour of any member of the staff of WORLD LEADERSHIP ALLIANCE-CLUB DE MADRID in the normal performance of their functions with respect to suppliers, donors, other partners, the public administration, and society as a whole.
PROTOCOL FOR THE PREVENTION AND ACTION AGAINST SEXUAL AND/OR WORKPLACE HARASSMENT, INCLUDING GENDER-BASED HARASSMENT
In order to ensure a working environment for all our staff in which their dignity, moral integrity and sexual freedom are respected, CdM declares its commitment to an organisational culture that guarantees equal, respectful and dignified treatment for all its employees, rejecting all types of harassment at work, sexual and gender‐based harassment and any other types of discrimination such as racial or ethnic origin, culture, religion or beliefs, disability, age, sexual orientation or any other personal or social condition or circumstance, as well as any form of physical and psychological violence at work.
PROFESSIONAL CODE OF CONDUCT
The purpose of this Code of Conduct is to provide those who coordinate the teams and the rest of the staff with a series of guidelines that promote a work environment based on respect and collaboration, as well as to identify and avoid, where appropriate, situations that are detrimental to maintaining a healthy work environment and, in particular, those that could be considered to constitute some type of harassment within the work environment.
ANTI-CORRUPTION CODE
One of the fundamental pillars of WORLD LEADERSHIP ALLIANCE CLUB DE MADRID’s own activity is the trust that we build with our funders, partners and suppliers. The purpose of this Code is to prevent corruption during the normal course of the organisation’s business, by establishing a set of basic principles to be respected by all members of the organisation’s staff.
DATA PROTECTION
World Leadership Alliance-Club de Madrid advocates a proactive policy of compliance, in order to ensure that the fundamental right to data protection is actively respected in the exercise of its purposes. The documents Data Protection Policy (English and Spanish versions available) and Register of Data Processing Activities (available only in Spanish) outline the organization’s current policies and procedures regarding data protection.
