Guangzhou’s delegation visits Spain to expand cooperation

Guo Yonghang, Secretary of the CPC Guangzhou Municipal Committee, led a delegation from Guangzhou to visit Spain from February 27 to March 3, local time. During the visit to Spain, Guangzhou’s delegation successively held talks and exchanges with Borja Carabante, Deputy Mayor of Madrid; Natalia Chueca, Mayor of Zaragoza; and María Gaya, Deputy Mayor of Barcelona.
During their talks, Guo said that Guangzhou and Spain have been closely connected through the Maritime Silk Road since ancient times. In recent years, these two places have continued to deepen friendly exchanges and achieved fruitful results in economic and trade cooperation.
