Politóloga argentina y referente del liderazgo femenino con una trayectoria de más de dos décadas en la gestión parlamentaria. Senadora Nacional por la provincia Jujuy (2023–2029) y figura clave del peronismo federal, su carrera legislativa se ha consolidado a través de múltiples mandatos como Diputada y su actual rol estratégico como Vicepresidenta del Senado (2026–actualidad), posición desde la cual lidera la construcción de consensos y la defensa de la institucionalidad democrática. Durante sus períodos en la Cámara Baja impulsó leyes vinculadas al desarrollo regional y presidió comisiones estratégicas. Graduada en Ciencias Políticas por la Universidad de Belgrano, su perfil combina la experiencia territorial con una sólida formación académica. Es impulsora de la profesionalización de la política, promoviendo activamente programas de becas y formación de cuadros técnicos para potenciar a las nuevas generaciones de líderes. A través de iniciativas como la colaboración con la Fundación Sociedades Digitales, promueve activamente becas y programas de formación destinados a potenciar nuevos liderazgos, especialmente femeninos, entendiendo la capacitación académica como herramienta fundamental para la gestión pública de calidad.

She has served as a National Senator for the Province of Jujuy (2023–2029) and is a leading figure in federal Peronism. Her legislative career has been shaped by multiple terms as a Member of the Chamber of Deputies and her current strategic role as Vice President of the Senate (2026–present), where she leads efforts to build consensus and defend democratic institutions. During her tenure in the Chamber of Deputies, she sponsored legislation focused on regional development and chaired several key parliamentary committees. She holds a degree in Political Science from the University of Belgrano. Her professional profile combines extensive grassroots political experience with a strong academic background. She is a strong advocate for the professionalization of politics, actively promoting scholarship and leadership development programs to prepare the next generation of public leaders. Through initiatives such as her collaboration with the Digital Societies Foundation, she supports scholarships and training programs aimed at fostering emerging leadership—particularly among women—viewing academic education as a cornerstone of effective, high-quality public service.
