Special Session on Climate Change and Energy of the Central American Parliament (PARLACEN)

The presentation by the Club of Madrid on the recommendations created by the Leadership Group for Climate Action was relevant to the positioning of PARLACEN with respect to an international agreement on climate. Through this event, the Club of Madrid has achieved one of the main objectives of these recommendations, to promote informed understanding for the officials with decision-making on climate change.
