Javiera is the Events Assistant at Club de Madrid. She assists in the productions of the events held by Club de Madrid, as well as all the logistics arrangements necessary to secure the participation of our members during the events organised by Club de Madrid and the organisation partners.
She started her career as an Assistant to the Deputy Director of the Ministry General Secretariat of Government, Chile, and later as an Officer within the Studies Department of the same Ministry. In both positions, her responsibilities focused on governmental communications regarding the areas of civil society organisation, political participation, and accountability. Her professional interests range from political communication and sustainable development to Chinese Contemporary Studies.
Javiera holds a BA in Political Sciences from Diego Portales University, Chile, a Master’s degree in international studies from the University of Santiago, Chile, and a Master of Law in Contemporary Chinese History Research from Yangtze University, China, while currently studies Mandarin Chinese Language.
