Adam forms part of the Programme Department, supporting the team in both content-related and organisational tasks relating to the Imperial Springs International Forum 2023, as well as the preparatory Experts Meetings and other activities in preparation for the Forum.
Last year, he undertook an internship at the Embassy of the Slovak Republic in Helsinki, where he wrote reports on bilateral economic relations as well as analysed current foreign policy centred on the accession of Finland to NATO. He later had an internship in the Programme Department at Club de Madrid. Before re-joining the organisation, he was an intern at Helsinki España, a human rights organisation, in which he helped to prepare conflict prevention and peace promotion projects. In the last months, he was also collaborating with the Strategic Analysis think tank on a project related to the Balkan region, following current affairs and writing articles.
Adam holds a BA degree in International Relations and International Organisation from the University of Groningen. During his studies, he spent one semester as an exchange student at the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid. This year, he will start a MA degree in Geopolitics and Strategic Studies at the Universidad Carlos III de Madrid. During his BA studies, he was an active member of Fridays for Future and later a board member of the Green Office, which coordinates projects related to sustainability at the university.
