Samira Zoiri is a Grants Officer at Club de Madrid. She is responsible for the overall management and oversight of the Financial Support to Third Parties (FSTP) component under the INSPIRED+2 Project, ensuring the strong financial stewardship, effective risk management, quality grant implementation, and successful delivery of project objectives by coordinating stakeholders, supporting partners, monitoring grant performance, and maintaining robust documentation throughout the grant lifecycle.
With over 19 years of extensive experience in donor-funded programmes, Samira has worked with a diverse range of international donors, including the European Union, USAID, GIZ, GFFO, ECHO, UN agencies, ADB, SDC, SECO, AKF, CEPF, and other institutional partners. Prior to her current position, Samira gained international professional experience in Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan, Ukraine, and Germany, developing expertise in business development, innovation, and organizational strengthening.
Samira Zoiri has an academic background that combines expertise in finance, business management, and international development. She pursued postgraduate studies at the Universidad de Málaga and Universidad de Granada, Spain, enhancing her knowledge of international business and management practices. She holds a degree from Tajik State University of Commerce, where she graduated with distinction, developing a strong foundation in economics, finance, and business administration.
Her multidisciplinary education, complemented by international professional experience in Europe and Central Asia, has supported her expertise in financial management, grant administration, compliance, risk management, and organizational development within donor-funded programmes.
