Seminar “The Route to Mexico: Challenges and Opportunities for a Global Agreement”

The Seminar took place in the framework of the Fifty-first Annual Meeting of the Board of Governors of the Inter-American Development Bank and the Twenty-fifth Annual Meeting of the Board of Governors of the Inter-American Investment Corporation. Other participants were Mr. Rajendra K. Pachauri, Director General of TERI and Chairman of the IPCC and Mr. José Mario Molina-Pasquel Henríquez, 1995 recipient of the Nobel Prize in Chemistry for his role in elucidating the threat to the Earth’s ozone layer of chlorofluorocarbon gases (or CFCs).
