Thirteen Club de Madrid Members, led by its President Vaira Vike-Freiberga President of Latvia, (1999-2007) and experts presented the core-values of the Shared Societies Project (SSP) in this forum, developing a strategy to include the SSP main ideas into the Post-2015 Development Agenda to foster social inclusion, economic growth, multi-level governance and citizen participation at international as well as national level.
The importance of the Forum was linked to the aim of Club de Madrid and Nizami Ganjavi International Center in reflecting the results of the consultation process made in Azerbaijan and other countries in the Region towards the Post-2015 Development Agenda in a way to foster the creation of Shared Societies in the South Caucasus region.
