Augusta Nneka Nnadi is a 24-year-old political communicator, public policy enthusiast, and writer renowned for distilling Nigeria’s intricate political landscape into accessible content. Currently serving as the Special Assistant to the Anambra State Governor on Investment, she concurrently holds the position of Head of Strategic Communications for the Anambra State Investment Promotion and Protection Agency (ANSIPPA).
In her current capacity, Augusta plays a pivotal role in developing strategies to foster private-sector investments in the State, ensuring ANSIPPA’s commitment to enhancing the business environment. Over the last ten months, her tenure has seen remarkable success, transforming the Agency’s public image and securing over $500 million in committed investments from diverse stakeholders, including development partners, DFIs, and investment banks. Notably, she was part of the team that orchestrated the seamless execution of the maiden Anambra Investment Summit, which had over 2500 key stakeholders in physical attendance. Prior to this, Augusta served as the Global Coordinator for the Peter Obi Support Network during the critical Nigeria 2023 elections. In this role, she oversaw the activities of the dynamic network comprising over 500,000 active members spanning Nigeria and 15 other countries. Driven by her passion for politics and policy-making, Augusta founded the ANN Academy, dedicated to imparting political knowledge to young leaders aged 9-16.
In her spare time, she maintains a thought-provoking newsletter, “Politics through the Eyes of a Gen-Z,” offering insights and experiences in the Nigerian political sphere, some of which have been featured in national dailies under her byline. Beyond her professional roles, Augusta serves as the Southeast delegate for the Nigeria Youth Futures Fund (NYFF) and holds memberships in prestigious organizations, including the International Association of Professional Writers and Editors and the Commonwealth Youth Peace Ambassador Network 2021.
