I’m the youngest ever female parliamentarian in Mongolia. As a young woman from Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, I have had the privilege of being selected as the youngest Secretary of the Democratic Party of Mongolia at the age of 26. This is a significant honor and responsibility for me to represent one of the two major political parties in my country. My name is Tsenguun Saruulsaikhan, and I am passionate about making a positive impact on my community and country.

From a young age, I have been driven to improve my surroundings and work towards creating a better future for all Mongolians. Being entrusted with the responsibility of leading my party’s development policy and election agenda for 2024 is a challenge that I am eager to take on. I believe that my determination and passion for creating positive change will help me succeed in this role.

In my previous role as a PR specialist, I have honed my skills in effectively communicating with the public in order to protect individual rights and freedom. I believe that open and honest communication is key to building trust and working towards common goals. I am also skilled at inspiring and leading teams towards new projects, and I am always seeking out new responsibilities and challenges.

I take great pride in my reliability and dependability, and I have always been willing to step up and take on new challenges. My determined and decisive nature has helped me to achieve key positions within my organization at a young age, and I am ready to bring that same level of dedication and passion to my role as the Secretary of the Democratic Party of Mongolia.

As a Mongolian, I understand the importance of international relations and the impact that this can have on our country. I am committed to working towards building strong and positive relationships with other countries, and I believe that by working together, we can create a better future for all.

In conclusion, I am honored to have been selected as the Network of Young Decision Makers of Club de Madrid as part of the Women and Youth in Democracy Initiative (WYDE), and I am eager to take on this important role. Thank you for your support and trust in me.
