Alejandro leads Club de Madrid’s Communications Department, contributing to the successful implementation of its activities and international media engagement; providing planning, management and advocacy for democracy support; and designing internal and external outreach strategies and institutional branding to ensure world-leading communications.
As an advocacy, strategy and campaign specialist, he has managed communications and outreach projects for various organisations, agencies and the public sector. His role involves working in international affairs to promote development, foster social mobilisation and enhance strategic partnerships. With more than fifteen years of professional experience at the national and international level, and nearly eight years working in the Asia-Pacific region on various United Nations organisations, he focuses on technical areas such as international relations, gender, sustainable development and political impact.
Alejandro holds a BSc with Honours in Communications Sciences from the University of Wales/School of Information Science of the University of Seville, a Degree in Photography from the Edinburgh College, and a MA in Economic Development and Sustainability from Pablo de Olavide University in Seville.
