The World Leadership Alliance – Club de Madrid, in collaboration with the NewCo Shift Forum, the Omidyar Democracy Fund and the Slifka Foundation, is organizing the NGD North America Roundtable at the St. Regis Hotel in San Francisco on 25th-26th February.
Given recent political developments in the U.S., Canada and Mexico, it seemed particularly timely and important to engage WLA-CdM Members, practitioners and scholars in a discussion of dynamics in democratic development in this region, as well as its impact on the future of democracy in a broader space, constructively identifying transformative practices and ideas on ‘democracy that delivers’, in and from North America.
The roundtable discussion will apply the methodology developed by the WLA-CdM to the North American region and its outcome will be presented at NewCo’s Shift Forum.
